Our Team.

People are our most important resource here at Chary Produce.  To make any operation run at it’s best, you need a dedicated team of people.  We’re very proud of what we’ve built since our beginnings decades ago.

 

We could not do anything without our temporary foreign workers.  We have been part of the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program for over 40 years.  Many of our workers sacrifice time away from their families and spend more time in Canada than they do at home.  This isn’t easy, but it has made a huge difference for them and their families in Jamaica.
