We believe in providing quality produce by following sustainable agricultural practices. Sustainable means working with the earth in mind. That means, we believe in making sure our farms and fields will be around for many generations to come by:

Only adding nutrients in areas of the fields where soil tests say they're required
Carefully monitoring all stages of the crop's growth and acting accordingly
We use state of the art equipment in our fields and in our packbarn
Conducting employee training for safe work practices as well as food safety procedures, and, continually tracking our operation to make sure we're doing what we should be.

We have completed two Environmental Farm Plans. They are quite a bit of work, but they allow you to evaluate your whole operation - where you are doing well and where you may need to make improvements.
